Signalbox becomes part of Trainline

Today, we’re pleased to announce that Signalbox has become part of Trainline, our long-term partner in train travel tech.

It’s an exciting development for Signalbox and a boost to the companies’ shared vision of improving the customer experience for rail passengers with accurate train tracking and mapping tools.

The companies have worked together since 2020, and Trainline uses Signalbox’s journey detection API in its Find My Train tool.

Signalbox founder, Toby Webb, will stay on as Senior Principal Engineer of Geospatial Data at Trainline.
